Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States of America.

How long until my order ships?

Our current processing time is posted in the banner at the top of our website.  Please note that this time is in business days, which are Monday through Friday.  Weekends and holidays are not included.

How long does my order take to arrive after it's been shipped?

It will typically take between 2-14 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on shipping method chosen, and potential postal delays.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, an email will be sent to you with the tracking information.
If you don't see an email from us, please check your spam folder.

I entered the wrong address at checkout, can it be changed?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will be able to update it for you. If it has already been shipped, please contact USPS right away to see if they can redirect it.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

What if my package is lost in the mail?

If you believe your package is lost, it is best to contact your local post office right away to see if they can help you find it.  You can submit a missing mail search request with USPS after 7 days.  A package is considered officially lost after 30 days from the shipping date. If you cannot find a solution, please contact us and we'll do our best to investigate and see how we can help. 

My package was marked Delivered, but I can't find it?

Sometimes mail is prematurely marked delivered, please wait a few days to see if it arrives. If it does not arrive, please contact your local post office. They will recommend to check around your house, with neighbors or your mail carrier, etc.

Items marked 'Delivered' are not eligible for a refund or replacement from us.

Can I combine shipping if I place multiple orders?

Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are not able to combine multiple orders into one shipment. Each order is processed separately as they come in, to ensure it will ship as quickly as possible.

Can I apply a discount after placing my order?

No, discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to an order that's already been placed.

Same with automatic discounts, the discount is only good for the duration of the sale and cannot be backdated.

Can I use more than one coupon?

Coupon codes cannot be stacked, therefore only one coupon per order can be used.

If you have multiple coupon codes, be sure to save them for future use.

Can I get credit for my unused coupons?

No, coupons have no cash value, so no credit or refunds will be given for unused coupons. Once a coupon is expired, it can no longer be used.
