Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return for a refund, please contact us with your order number within 7 days from the date you received your order.  Your order number will be considered proof of purchase, so please retain this number. Once your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping charges and labels.

We will process your refund after we receive and inspect your return.  Shipping charges incurred on your order will not be refunded.  You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, and the charge will go back on the original payment method. 

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them - unused and in the original packaging.  If the item(s) are returned damaged or not in original condition, we have the right to refuse a refund. 

In the event an order bounces back to us for any reason, it will be automatically refunded minus shipping charges.
