Shipping policy

We currently only ship to customers in the United States.


Shipping & Tracking

Once your package is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.  For tracked orders, you can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking on the "My Orders" link. 

Lost or Missing/Stolen Packages

If you believe your package is lost, it is best to contact your local post office right away to see if they can help you find it.  You can submit a missing mail search request with them after 7 days.  A package is considered officially lost after 30 days from the shipping date. If you cannot find a solution, please contact us and we'll do our best to investigate and see how we can help. 

For missing/stolen packages that have been marked 'Delivered', please follow up with your local post office.  Items marked 'Delivered' are not eligible for a refund or replacement from us.

Refused/Bounced Shipments

If any order bounces back to us for any reason, we will automatically issue a refund minus shipping charges.
